The existing building is a remarkable specimen of Brutalist architecture in Greece, erected in 1972, it represents one of the most significant works of Alexandros Tombazis, a prominent Greek architect. In 2017, we commenced the challenging restoration process of the building with great responsibility towards its historic value, particularly regarding the extent of the intervention on the existing structure.
现有建筑建于1972年，是希腊粗野主义建筑运动的一个罕见的案例，是希腊著名建筑师Alexandros Tombazis 的最重要作品之一。该建筑的改造始于2017年。现有历史建筑的更新对我们来说是一个道德上的挑战，特别是我们对现有结构的干预程度而言。
